Regent Education Services Limited

A London-Based Higher Education Advisory, Established in 2021

Regent Education Services Limited is a UK higher education advisory with offices in Wood Green, London and in Birmingham. Since 2021, we have helped UK home students find, apply for and start undergraduate, foundation year and postgraduate programmes.

We work with partner universities and colleges in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leicester and Bradford. Our role is to give clear, honest advice, so that each student chooses a course that fits their goals, experience and commitments.

University Application Guidance, from First Question to First Day

From choosing a course to completing enrolment, our advisors guide each stage of the university journey, so nothing is left to guesswork.

Course and University Matching

Our partner institutions offer career-focused degrees in Business Management, Health and Social Care, Computing and more. We help each student compare options and choose a programme that suits their goals and timetable.

Domestic Student Advisory

We work exclusively with UK home students, including British citizens and UK residents with settled status, pre-settled status, indefinite leave to remain or refugee status. Each university confirms home student status, and we help students prepare the right documents.

Application and Document Support

We help students write personal statements, gather qualification certificates and identity documents, and meet every university deadline, so applications arrive complete and on time.

Mature Learner Pathways

Many students return to study in their twenties, thirties or later. We map out flexible routes, including four-year degrees with an integrated foundation year and, where available, programmes taught in the evenings or at weekends.

One-to-One Consultations

No call centres and no chatbots. Every student speaks with a dedicated advisor, face to face at our Wood Green or Birmingham office, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Starting University in the UK: Your Questions Answered

Straight answers to the questions prospective students ask us most.

Our advisors guide each stage of the process. We help students choose a suitable course, check entry requirements, prepare the application and personal statement, get ready for any interview and complete enrolment. Guidance is one-to-one, at our London or Birmingham office, by phone or on WhatsApp.
We work with UK home students. This includes British citizens and UK residents with settled status, pre-settled status, indefinite leave to remain or refugee status. Each university confirms home student status during admissions, and we explain which documents are usually needed. We do not advise international students.
Yes. Many people begin a degree in their twenties, thirties or later, and UCAS classes anyone aged 21 or over at the start of their course as a mature student. Universities often consider work experience and vocational qualifications alongside, or instead of, school results.
Not always. A-Levels are one route, but universities also consider BTECs, Access to Higher Education Diplomas, NVQs and relevant work experience. For applicants without Level 3 qualifications, a degree with an integrated foundation year can be the right starting point. Each university sets its own entry requirements.
It is a four-year programme that begins with a preparatory "Year 0". The foundation year builds academic writing, research and study skills, and students then progress into Year 1 of the full degree. It suits people returning to education or without traditional entry qualifications.
Our partner universities and colleges run intakes in January/February, June/July and September. Applications for the January/February 2027 intake are open now. A January start suits people who decided after the September deadline, and courses finish on the same schedule as a September cohort. Dates and deadlines vary by course, so ask an advisor to confirm them for the programme you want.
No. Students do not pay Regent for advice or application support. Regent is paid by the universities and colleges it works with when a student enrols. Our advice is based on what suits each student, not on any single institution.

There are also HND and foundation year routes in areas such as Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, Fashion and Graphic Design. The course list changes with each intake.
